Young, advice with photoderm or other alternatives??

Hi, I am a new member to the group and need help!!

I am only 23yrs. old and have had symptoms of rosacea since I was

about 17yrs. old. I have been to several derm. with many saying it is

just acne and others saying it is rosacea. However, after reading up

more on rosacea I am convinced this is what I have. I have tried

several antibiotics, metrogel, noritate and they may have helped

somewhat but nothing seems to work that well especially for my

redness. My face is red and oily,but also dry when I first wash it,

it is just messed up!

I am so sick of being on medication and trying new things that don't

work. I am considering photoderm but haven't tried things like

accutane, the LTD disc, Sy or anything like that. Could

someone please give me some advice on what I should do first???
