" I had mentioned doing one some time ago, but there was not enough interest to offset the cost of making them. I could get them self-published at around $20-25 each with a minimum of 100 books. This would be a full-color photo cookbook that would show the process as well as having the recipes. At the time I had asked for those who were interested to e-mail me privately and I got fewer than 20 responses. So, I did not go any further at the time because I don't personally have the money to have 100 printed at $20-25 each and then wait for them to sell. (I would need $2000+ up front to do that and I just don't have it.) At some point in the future, if there is enough interest in a cookbook, then I would begin the process of photographing and get the cookbook printed.
