I made the mistake of telling my brother about this guilt. Boy did he

lecture me. He can see me wearing down long before I'm willing to give into

it. He also realizes that it can go from good to bad in a matter of hours,

not even days. Then he reminded me that I lost 3 jobs because I couldn't

make it there, or because of various symptoms I was having.

I know I'll feel the guilt on my next good day, but that's who I am.
