IMO, the Geier findings, the Weldon (MD, R-Fla) letter to CDC, the Baskin

study (1),

and the several Westphal & colleages studies (2-5), and the Holmes et al study

(6) are

sufficient evidence so as to provide reasonable basis for asking Boston,

Altanta, and DC

departments of police and social services to launch an investigation of child

abuse,

reckless endangerment, fraud, and conspiracy in regard to the CDC, Am Ac of

Peds, and the

journal " Pediatrics " . Jurisdictions other than Altanta would also be relevant

for such

requests for investigation. Torts and damaes are not enough. Physicians and

nurses who

inject thimerosal are causing real injuries. And the policy makers at CDC, Am Ac

of Peds,

and the journal Pediatrics -- all of whom have stood by RL et al (1st

series of

fudged data, 2001) (7) and by Verstraeten et al 2003 (most recent fudging of

data) -- are

deliberately ignoring the data which demonstrates that thimerosal injections are

injurious. Injuring kids this way is a criminal act.
