Hi Anita,

can't tell you what to do, but I have 1.5 cm left. I got 3 opinions

from two REs and 1 peri, and they all said not to have the second

surgery. Only my surgeon RE wanted to go back and get it all. I

decided not to, got prg, and all went perfectly well. Remember,

too, that anything 1 cm and under has been shown in the literature

to be insignificant. So you are really dealing with .75

over " insignificant " . Good luck with your choice,

oh yeah, if anyone is interested, the 1.5 residual septum was

measured by in office hyst for me. So it's very accurate.
