I had a friend who went to South America (Chile I think) and was

staying with a local family. She went to pet their guinea pigs and the

family was horrified. It ended up that they were dinner and not pets!

I haven't tried many " exotic " meats, but I have to say gator is yummy!

I miss that and crawfish that I used to get back in Texas.

I've had the following: deer, moose, elk, antelope, buffalo,

pheasant, duck, pigeon, possum, squirrel, dove, duck, goose, snack,

alligator, meal worms, ants, crickets, grasshoppers, goat, caviar,

oysters, mussels, squid, shark, octopus, jellyfish, crawfish, Blood

sausage, Haggis, rabbit, turtle, frog. There's probably more that I

can't remember.

OK mister over-achiever....Is there anything you haven't done or tried???

I would try most of those (have tried some of the " normal " ones like

squid, crawfish, oysters). Would NOT touch the worms, bugs, jellyfish,

blood sausage or haggis. Nasty.....sorry, but it is.
