Die-off reaction

I understand, it feels awful doesn't it? Some activated charcoal an hour or

so after the probiotics (and away from any other supps) and that is supposed to

soak up the toxins from the die off and should make you feel better. Its

quite cheap and you should be able to get it in a health food store.

You need to take thngs slowly so you can handle the reactions. Candex enzyme

is supposed to not give die off reaction but it did for me, thats very

effective stuff too. Once you get things under better control, you won;t

necessarily

have the problem with each round. Candex with the night doses helps my son in

this regard.

Good luck, hoep you are feeling better soon

Dear all,

I feel very ill today. I got a bottle of Probiotics yesterday. I took

one and I feel fatigue today. I think this may be the die-off

reaction. I read some info talking about that the die-off reaction

will usually last for few days to a week. I also read that during

chelation, the yeast and bacteria problems will appear again. I will

start chelation later. Does it mean that in the next two years for

the chelation, I have to experience the vicious cycle of : On

chelation -> Yeast and bacteria overgrowth -> Probiotics to kill

yeast and bad bacteria -> die-off reaction (Fatigue) -> recovered ->

next chelation cycle.... ? What should I do to alleviate the die-off

reaction. Indeed, I felt very good yesterday coz I have been on gfcf

diet for few days. I feel disappointed when I wake up today.

Thanks a lot,

Chan.
