Guest guest
Anyone here see Dr. Cave in Baton Rouge, Louisiana? A friend of mine who has been seeing her for a while just recently had her first DMPS IV chelation treatment. It went well for her. My friend told me that Dr. Cave is now against the use of ALA for mercury removal after consulting with several toxicologists. I find all of this pretty disturbing as I have been following Andy's protocol for almost 2 years and am still ill (CFS). I presently use ALA either alone or with DMSA. There was a 19 year old young man in the chelation waiting room with her who had been mercury poisoned from eating too much seafood over a long period of time. He had taken maybe 5 IV DMPS treatments and was doing a lot better. It seems like Dr. Cave is very careful in her use of DMPS. It makes me doubt what I'm doing and wonder if another way might be faster. I am getting discouraged with the whole process because I am still ill despite being so diligent with chelating, taking supplements, and watching my diet.
