I am going to the gyno on friday and I want to get some meds. Does anyone know of or take some kind of med for after sex. After I have sex with my husband I have bad clitoral pain and I have the urge to pee really bad for the next two days. I do have VV but I was hoping for some help reagrding after pain. Thanks kim

I use lidocaine ointment for all my pain in that area, it is not real effective for vestibulits though. lynnKim Loepp wrote: I am going to the gyno on friday and I want to get some meds. Kimmi,

Just out of curiosity, what were your hormone levels? How old are

you? I don't know what causes that but I've been thinking about

trying Estrace.

, If you go back 1 or 2 days, you will find all of my hormone levels that I posted. I am 33 years old. Kimmi

I believe there is someone in the fort worth area who specializes in

Fibro. I haven't seen him, but I'm in the DFW fibro groups and there is

a ton of information there. They have lists of local doctors who are

recommended. I'm south of Dallas, and to go to a FW doc would mean an

hour an a half drive. My doctor is in Arlington and that's nearly an

hour's drive, but he's worth it. But I don't go to him for the fibro

yet. He just treats my other individual symptoms.

Okay Dr. Larry Sharp is in fort worth if you are willing to make the

drive. I found his website and you can read his information there,

including office hours and phone numbers etc.

Please let me know if you see him, and if he's worth it. I'd like to

see him too but don't know if it's worth the drive.
