Good

Morning,

Quick

note before I head off to work (prepared with my 15 pecan halves J ) Had a pretty

good day yesterday. Not hungry at all. The kids were home from

school because of snow so I spent the day cooking and preparing meals I can

have for the rest of the week. Made a huge pot of chili, loaded with lots

of veggies. I made a baked ricotta dish for dessert and breakfast this

morning. Also made a balsamic salmon with mock mashed potatoes.

Hubby was happy that I am cooking again. He knows that I am working and

hauling the kids to their activities everyday of the week so there is no time

to cook.

Hope

everyone has a sunny beach day today. Check in later.

Hi

,

I’m

in Central Massachusetts. We had about the

same amount, maybe a bit more. I hear you about spring. Can’t

wait to see the flowers coming up.

Hi Lori! We had a snow day yesterday too. Where are

you at? I'm in Metro Detroit, 6 inches here on Monday night and 1 more

yesterday. Gosh, when is spring coming? I guess the good news is

that March came in like lion and then should (hopefully) go out like a

lamb. And didn't the groundhog see his shadow this year? 8^)
