I want to ask my doc to prescribe some vaginal estrogen and wanted to know what the script actually says for it.....% and dosing instructions. She told me flat out that she doesnt know how to prescribe it, but if I told her what I wanted to try that she would do it. I know that some of you are using Vagifem, some Estrace, etc. I am 33 and have documented low estrogen through blood tests.
