Guest guest Posted September 6, 2004 Report Share Posted September 6, 2004 Good Morning Group...I have missed you all. I think I may be back...still a little questionable. I didn't fall off the face of the earth, but there were a couple days that I wish I had. I believe that I have finally gotten over the worst of the horrid cold that my hubby was so kind to share with me. I thought I was doing much better Saturday, but oh no....it crept back up on my later in the afternoon. Yesterday was a complete dead day, never left the bedroom and this morning seems to be a little better. Still have it terrible in my chest but at least my head doesn't feel like it is going to blow up from all the pressure. I am going to try to get through all my emails today, although there are tons of them. I will try to get responses to you all as soon as I can! Thinking that because I am so far behind, I better read through them all before responding to anything. I will share some wonderful news with you all while I am up. Took my son to the plastic surgeons on Friday and he is so thrilled with Chris' progress that he has taken all the dressings off and got him in his glove. Also gave him a release to go to school. is thrilled....at least I think that he is, he has been running all weekend, as we told him before that as soon as the doc took him out of dressings and sent him back to school he could have his driving and social life privileges back. His only restriction as far as school goes is no P.E. which suited him just fine...he was never fond of P.E. anyway. I am thrilled that things are going so well....I know that it has been hard on but his mood and attitude seem better now...he is smiling again! That is all us mothers want to see from our children. I do think that I will miss having him at home with me though....I will be all alone now, talk about long days! I want to thank you all for your caring support and love you have given me through this time with I know that I couldn't have made it through it without all your caring support and prayers....THANK YOU...YOU ARE ALL SO WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!! I am going to try to do some reading now....I hope that you all are having a less painful holiday weekend and I will hopefully be back soon!
