Guest guest Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 I have the hot and cold problems and I am NOT going thru menopause. I believe some of the medications trigger it. I've talked to my doctors about it and they have said its very probably that one or more medications could be causing it. Allergy meds are known to make you cold and some depression/anxiety meds are known to give you hot flashes; and I take both. I have had problems with temperature changes too! One minute be freezing and then the next be sweating my head off. Also I have very bad night sweats and nightmares. I have hot flashes alot.
