Thanks for asking! He is doing terrific, growing like crazy and so

wonderful every day. We use a variety of baby cariers - my sister made me a

sling which he loved when he was tiny - I used the " snuggle " hold with him

tummy to my chest, and carried him like this most of the day. Haven't used

it much lately for just around the house, as it is SO hot here.

For hikes we have a Graco " snugli " carrier - he can face me or forward. As

he is up to 17 lbs already (at 16 weeks - yikes!) he is getting pretty heavy

for it, I took him for a hike last week and just about ripped my shoulders

off. Another week or so and he is ready for the baby backpack (now that he

is over " floppy head syndrome " , as my friend who is a pediatrics nurse

calls it!)

I have to second 's preference for the Baby Bjorn. A friend just

lent me one and it's fantastic - less cumbersome than the snugli, more

comfortable, and Sol loves it too. It's great for shopping, walks, you name

it. He even hung out in it for a few hours while I pitted cherries

recently!

Good luck with the vitex!

SU resected, bicollis
