Oftentimes you'll find things like " corn starch " used as an anti-caking agent. I just use a garlic press and fresh garlic. It tastes so much better than garlic powder. Garlic and onion powder tend to pick up water molecules so they have to have anticaking agents - often starch. Many of the other McCormick spices are fine. But also please avoid spice mixtures such as apple pie spice, curry powder or chili powder. Buy the individual spices and make your own mixes.
