Zinco as total sunblock coverage for summer?

Zinco has an SPF of 20. During the summer, with more direct

sunlight as well as more hours of sunlight, is SPF 20 enough coverage

if you're doing outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking,etc.? If

additional sunblock is needed, should it be applied prior to or after

the the application of Zinco?
