Vita Oil and treatment application

Another question...I have been using Dr.Sy's Vita Oil on a moist face

(after washing) and then applying Metrocream (day)or Novacet

(night). Oil is a *barrier* to hold in moisture, but I was wondering

if the rosacea Rx treatments penetrate the oil barrier and get into

the skin and if so, is the the full percentage of medication able to

get through? AND, I just bought some Kinerase lotion (to help with

sun damage) and am wondering if it matters which order I apply these

topicals.
