Guest guest
Dear Ivor and Deb, I was interested to read your posts on the above subject. This the first explanation I have had as to why the right lobe of my liver has atrophied away to almost nothing. This was one of the first things the doctors found when they were investigating my hight LFTs 18 months ago. They were not able to tell me what had caused it. I am mostly asymtomatic at the moment so I am enjoying it while I can. You guys in the States and England are probably getting ready to see the new year in but here in Australia we are recovering from our late night already. It is almost mid-day on Jan 1st here. We saw in the new year with a big bonfire on the beach near our home with all of our friends and neighbours. There were bonfires all along the coast. Apparently it started off as a Danish tradition in this area a very long time ago. It was all a lot of fun. I hope everyone has a happy new year and a healthy and prosperous year in 2006.
