Well, I am new to this group and just thought I would tell y'all a

little about me.

I am female,married, 32yrs old, from Mena, AR. I have a n 8yr old girl.

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia for 2 years or so. I was

injured in 1999 in a work related injury, and hurt my knee, I have had

several surgeries on both knees, with little releif. I finally saw a

doctor that figured out that alot of my pain was probably from my

Fibromyalgia, triggered by my accident, but of course they are not

going to pay for anything related to Fibromyalgia. So therefore I have

no insurance and no money, and am unable to work.

I have taken everything from Darvocet, Vicoden, Loracet, Percocet,

Soma, Flexeril, and sleeping pills. I was so doped up that I was like

a zombie, but was still having alot of pain. I got a new doctor who

took my cane away and told me to get off of all that crap I was on.

It was very hard but I did it. He gave me Cymbalta and Amitripline,

and some other things but I was unable to get them filled because I

didn't have the money. Fortunately, I was able to get the Cymbalta

from the company that makes it. I was taking Cymbalta for a while and

it was helping pretty good. Then I ran out about 2 months ago and have

had nothing but, darvocet.

I have been in such pain and so depressed that I just want to curl

into a ball and die...but of course I can't do that.

So, anyways that is my story in part.... Sorry for being so negative

but that is just how I feel now... Hope you won't kick me out.
