Guest guest
I have had a lot of visiting children this summer and I am worried about emergency and non-emergency things such as: 1. Carrying a child up the steps after falling asleep on the sofa? 2. When playing in the pool and a child is at the bottom of the pool and somehow gets stuck there or is drowning - how do I get them up? I cannot go down the bottom. And lets say I somehow do get them up how would I get them out? I have more but too tired to type anymore but you get my idea. Let me know your ideas. Thanks Love Whole Bunches of being able to type Love Whole Bunches, Carole
Guest guest
1. DON'T instead make them a bed on the couch (pillow blanket/doona etc or put them on the floor if you are concerned about them falling). 2. You could make them wear life jackets or such (you haven't said ages of these kids??) is there a child who is older who can help??? You could rig a pole with something ont he end to " scoop " t hem off the bottom and them drag them over to steps (Can youget in the pool??) doe sit have steps?, is is inground? or above ground?) I wa a surf life saver so if you cangive me an idea of childrens ages and pool type and depth then I may be able to give you some ideas of things to try to be able to " rescue " a child off the bottom) (also you can't get to the bottom because (if you don't mind) is it taht you can't get into our out of the problem or is it that you can't go under the water etc???
