Lying down was a physical impossibility. Give yourself some time.....The sleep stuff is really difficult and seems to take forever for the comfort level to improve. I've got no advice on that one. I still can't manage to sleep on my right side (ribcage) where the battery pack is....It's like rolling over onto a rock. I've always found it easiest to sleep in bits and drabs and to wait until I'm plum pooped out before I try to hit the hay. Feel better soon and keep taking it easy..
