Every joint in my body snap, crackles and pops since I was a teen. I have a bad

habit of poping every vertebrae

in my spine and if I don't do it on purpose eventually they will pop when they

are ready. I have been puting forth

the effort NOT to do it intentually but some times it feels so good as if there

is a kink in my spine. When I do it in the presence of others often they will

freak out and say something like wow how do you do that. HUMMNN??

Get Blessed ! ! ! . . .

Yes Yes.... I know what you mean. I have that same thing when I move my neck

around. I thought I WAS JUST Wierd..... How many of us have that in common. I

never found the right way to describe the sound of the crackling I hear from the

muscles...... NOW I know it is rice crispy neck syndrome. LOL. Seriously though,

yes it does do that.love and hugs,Debra V.---------------------------------Never

My dr. described the sound as being that of a ratchet and after getting

several MRI's, I've been told it's because I have degenerative disks in my neck,

cervical spinal stenosis and some other stuff wrong with my neck that I can't

remember the names of.

Love and gentle hugs,

Debbie,

That is exactly what it is!!!! I was told that before my cervical fusion in

2001, and I know I have further damage.
