Guest guest
I can help you on that. Mail it to me.... a -- " Debi " <fightingautism@...> wrote: I am trying to write up a letter to give to the Mexican mother of a student with whom I read at 's school. He's very far behind, I suspect a lot of it is that his home is a foreign language and his parents are unable to read with him in English. I'm wanting to write a letter to his mother offering me for some free tutoring for her son to help him get caught up, but I do not know Spanish/Mexican. (I assume those from Mexico speak a slight variation of " Spanish " , pls forgive if I'm wrong on this.) If someone on this list would be willing and able to let me email them the letter, write up a Spanish equivalent and re-email to me, I would GREATLY appreciate it! I figure there's little point in attempting to communicate with his mother if she cannot understand what I'm saying! Pls feel free to email me privately. Guest guest
Thanks to everyone for your offers and web suggestions. Someone had immediately responded to me on another board and I now have the letter translated. Now, I've gotta see what I can do to help this boy learn to read so he can be a successful adult!
