I found additional info on Costco via mail for Rx's

Please Note

Because state regulations vary, Costco does not ship schedule II controlled

drugs.

Examples are: Ritalin, Dexedrine, Adderall, Percodan, Percocet, Oxycontin.

Licensed States and Physician Licenses

Currently, Pharmacy at costco.com offers shipping in the United States and

only to states where we are licensed. Costco is not licensed to ship

prescriptions into Arkansas, Illinois, Michigan, and Tennessee.

In addition, your physician(s) must be licensed to prescribe medication in

the United States in order for us to fill your prescription.

All of our pharmacists are licensed by the state of Washington.

To fill your prescriptions, select one of the four options below:

Order New Prescriptions

A new prescription from your doctor that you order online for delivery to

your home.

Standard Delivery is free. Total delivery time is six to eleven days.

Re-Order Online Prescriptions

Re-order an online prescription for delivery to your home.

Standard Delivery is free. Total delivery time is six to eleven days.

Transfer Prescriptions to the Online Pharmacy

Transfer prescriptions from either a Costco or non-Costco pharmacy for

delivery to your home.

Standard Delivery is free. Total delivery time is six to eleven days.

Pickup Refill Orders at the Costco of Your Choice

Order a Costco refill for pickup at a convenient Costco location.

Allow one to four days processing time before picking up your order.

Post Office Boxes and Shipping Restrictions

We will ship prescription packages to post office boxes when no other option

exists and only for orders shipped via US Postal Service. We discourage

shipping to post office boxes because larger packages and Next Day or

Two-Day express packages are undeliverable. We do not currently ship to APO

(military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, international addresses, or a few

limited geographic areas within the U.S.
