Maggie's 6/18 journal X0 and weigh in

Ended up getting over 100 ounces of water yesterday. Yippee!

Also had ewihg in.. I not only got to my 30 lb goal, I flew right past it!!! I'm down -4 pounds (FINALLY) and at 192. I'm so excited.
