I take a 32 oz water bottle, pour in two scoops of Six Star protein, I

get it at WalMart cheap.Add about 2oz of skim milk shake to a paste.

Then I add the coffee, about 18 oz, usually decaf. Then I fill with ice

and sip onit for about 2 hours. I can usually get one in in the am and

another in the afternoon or evening and then, viola!,80 g of protein

down the tube!

I have a coffee shake with a double shot of protein every morning made with

decaf coffee... I miss the pick me up, but that seems to send me into hype and

then a downer, so not worth it anyways. The coffee shakes are nice though, I add

a shot of SF hazelnut Devinci Syrup. Good stuff.

cups of coffee since surgery, but this could be

a nice thing to have once and a while.....It sounds like a real wake me up

with the caffeine and protein to get the day going.....
