Guest guest
I did not think that once! I knew it would be worth it all. I have proven myself right. Has anyone else not felt that way? Never doubted your decision? Yes, we have to make a lot of sacrifices; but it's SO worth it in the end. :-) W 380/316/160 Shauna Thalman wrote: > Hi , > > It is understandable that you feel the way you do. I had a 3 year old at the time of my surgery and that was enough. I had my sister that helped me. I know it's not the same as having a smaller baby... but family or friends would be a big help for you. I had barely any stomach pain at all...in fact I don't recall any after the 2nd day... The only pain that I did have was the gas pain from the gas that they pumped my stomach up with during surgery. My suggestion for that is to rub your stomach a lot to get it to move around and release. I believe some took gas-x... ask your doctor before taking ANYTHING!!! > > Walk and sip a lot!!! The first month is the most difficult to go through and I have heard many wonder why they did the surgery at those moments, but after the first 3-4 wks, not ONE Of them did I hear regret it after that. They all said it was so worth it. I personally was just tired the first month... I moved and everything, no I didn't pick up anything, but i was able to do things. I had no problems and was able to start getting back into routine within a week. > > I hope this helps some...Best Wishes, > > Shauna > > __________________________________________________
