Guest guest
Ah - the 3 A.M. wake up call! It's happened to me the past 2 nights. My pain is in my hips, and it does make it difficult to go back to sleep. I take my pain med, and a muscle relaxer, and usually after 90 minutes or so, I can go back to sleep for another hour or two. This doesn't happen every night, but it has the past couple and I don't like it! At that hour, I usually don't bother coming downstairs to the 'puter, so I'll stay in bed and read instead. Your pain sounds nasty. Have you tried wearing compression stockings on your legs? Just a thought. Take care.
