I have had my protein shakes today, water, a little turkey chili for lunch, I couldn't hang without something, and vitamins. I have been busting butt in my house, but still plan on picking up my Salsa work out in a bit. Mike Tune wrote: AT A GIRL! I was wondering when you were going to get back on the horse! Guest guest
I was up late watching the Steeler pre season game. It came on here at 2:30AM. I had a protien strawberry banana shake this morning. A protein bar for lunch, one for a snack and a few bites of broc. and pork chop for dinner. I have had my vitimans and drank over 3 and a half liters of water today. Helps keep the head hunger away but running to the bathroom alot. Trying to get back to the gym Monday but the pinched nerve in my back still hurts.. Guest guest
All aboard, I'm on! Had a coffee with a double dose of protein (40g), one california roll, and a handful of soy nuts. On my way to gym and will have another double dose coffee. Dinner will be a couple of pieces of lean steak on grill. Maybe one more protein drink before bed if I end up staying late! Guest guest
How old is your son? How about one of those strollers that runners use for their kids? not that you have to run, but they are lighter and more comfortable for you and jr. If he is old enough for a bike, how about a bike for him and have him ride with you as you walk outside? Mike T Exercise and Protein Train Pulling Out > > My train left late tonight. Guest guest
You can also go on Digest, but then you get one BIG email string in one email. It makes it easier to read and you don't miss out. You go back to your profile and you can change it there. Jackie Woodard wrote: That's just part of it. Sometimes we do stray off topic a bit.
