Guest guest
Hi Kimmi - thanks for responding to my post last month about pain with intercourse. I wanted to respond to your question about symptoms of people diagnosed with lyme. I had a positive lyme test from Igenex lab about a year ago. I don't have the severe symptoms that some of the other people diagnosed with lyme have. My main symptom is burning, stinging pain with intercourse. I have no idea if the test is correct, where I would have picked up lyme, or whether there's any relationship between the lyme test result and my vulvar pain. I have gotten so skeptical lately that I literally don't know what tests or doctors to believe. I have not had the courage to undergo the antibiotic treatments because I am afraid that will trigger worsening of my symptoms or development of a yeast problem when I haven't had that yet.
