Good morning Lori,

Yes you are right, it just jerks sometimes, mostly when I am trying to do something with it. I live in Texas, where are you? I am sorry to hear that you live alone. I am married and have 2 children 19 and 16. the kids don't help me all that much as they have their own life to live. I don't think I would make it if I was alone, I always have to have people around me and to be able to talk with lots of people all the time. I am involved with church and that helps me a lot. I am a Catholic so I have my ry group that I go to every week and spend time with all the ladies. But then there are days that I can't even get out of bed and go anywhere or do anything. Those are the days that I hate and wish that I would just go to sleep and never wake up. I feel that I am worthless and no good for anyone as there is nothing I can do anymore to help my family. I can't even wash my own dishes anymore. well, I am falling a sleep so I guess I better go before I fall a sleep and fall out of my chair again.

You take care and I hope that we can chat some time. I pray that you will have a pain free day.

Lots of gentle hugs

Kim

Kim,

I apologize for taking a bit of time to get back to you. During the week it is extremely hard for me to come online after working all day. It's like a viscious cycle...I fall behind during the week, try to catch up on weekends, and then just fall behind again...hehe. Anyway, going through this alone is very difficult, and at this point with my pain levels, lack of mobility, etc, I would seriously consider not working anymore and moving back home to be with my family. However, I have nobody to support me until I start receiving disability, so I'm pretty much stuck here for now. I live in Florida and my family is in Virginia. I work from home most of the time now too, so it is very isolating and lonely.

Are you on any type of muscle relaxers right now? If you answered this already I just haven't gotten there yet, but if you are not on any it is something to talk to your doctor about. I still have spasms some but it's a little better with the meds. Well, I'm trying to keep things short so I will talk to you later. I hope you're having a good week.

<hugs> Lori
