Guest guest Posted February 26, 2005 Report Share Posted February 26, 2005 Just for statistics - I'm 42 - Female - Starting weight 181.5 - current weight today = 173.5 I'm only 5'2 " and have a small build/frame (under all this fat) - I think my healthy weight goal should be about 125-130 so I have about 40-45 lbs. to lose still.
