I ate/eat my grains for my evening meal, the bulk kept/keeps me

satisfied through the evening until I had my snack which was where I

added my fruit (I'm a plain yogurt, fruit, sprinkled with GoLean-

aholic). If I stayed up really late a handful of nuts or a cheese

stick did the trick. If I was craving I slept through it. :)
