Guest guest Posted February 21, 2005 Report Share Posted February 21, 2005 I ate/eat my grains for my evening meal, the bulk kept/keeps me satisfied through the evening until I had my snack which was where I added my fruit (I'm a plain yogurt, fruit, sprinkled with GoLean- aholic). If I stayed up really late a handful of nuts or a cheese stick did the trick. If I was craving I slept through it. > , and others, in reading all the posts, it seems that a lot of us have problems in phase 2. That scares me!!!
