Hi,

I did not build up. I felt the same thing, that starting at a high

dose might be more effective. I split in 2 daily doses of 200,000 IU,

because I was afraid of a strong reaction and I was more confortable

giving " only " 200,000 IU at a time.

I wonder if people gives a single daily dose or split it and why.

I did 300,000 IU per day for about a month, with no lasting change in my son. I

then did the higher dose, twice. It was effective the

second time, at a higher-than-usually-recommended dose, plus olive leaf extract.

Not sure which of the changes was the primary

factor in the final result. So I *sort of* worked up to it.
