Hi, I'm new to this group and am happy to have found it. I have been

on SBD for 6 months and have lost 20 lbs. I feel great, and no

longer have the sugar/starch cravings that used to rule my life. The

only downside is that since starting SBD my cholesterol has gone UP

30 points and is now over 200! I am really concerned about this, and

am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I wonder if the

lack of grains in my diet is contributing to it. So, if anyone has

any ideas, I sure want to hear them! Thanks.
