Guest guest
And you can/be symptomatic of low Vitamin D before you have a true clinical deficiency. Many more than 10 percent of people of that. I was very low myself and feel a million times better now in terms of energy... though I didn't notice an effect on mood per se. I'd advise nearly anyone to try it for a couple weeks and see how they feel. I dont think there's a clear upper limit as to how high is too high. Hi McKella You probably need daylight. If it is possible to get outdoors anytime it is sunny enough to do so, go for a walk or sit somewhere in the sun, even if 10 minutes is all you can manage if it is cold. It could also be a vitamin D deficiency - despite spending a lot of time outdoors I have a deficiency, acc to my doctor about 10 per cent of people do, so it is worth a blood test to find out.
