Guest guest
Hi Zohreh , i just had me septum resection yesterday and it was at a surgical center under anesthesia, I didn't feel; a thing, when they woke me I was crampy and had a pee bag (what do you call those things) well anyway it was over before I knew it, i do not recommend being awake unless you have a high pain tolerence, also the safety of the hospital is important. my doctor told me my septum was large , but a partial one, i hope I don't need a second resection but if given the choice to go through another resection or another miscarriage than i'd do the resection. I am always worst case scenario girl so I seem to be preparing for the worst when I should just be reveling in my new probably roomy uterus. Lucy resected yesterday , I hope to be pregnant soon, your some inspiration for me, I need that right now, sounds like things are going well with the pregnancy. Guest guest
Hi Lola, I had my septum resected on 11/26 and RE told me to wait THREE cycles before TTC. From what I've heard, other women have been told to wait 1 or 2 cycles. So I guess my doc is being very conservative. By the way, I was on estrogen for 30 days after the surgery, with progesterone for the last 10 days. AF showed up exactly 31 days after the surgery - yay! One cycle down, 2 to go... Good luck with your surgery! Ronna > Another newbie here...I've been reading but this is my first time > posting. You all have helped me more than you can imagine through > your messages.
