Guest guest
I started a seasonal job Monday at a greenhouse. Talk about manual labor! Tons of bending, lifting, walking, stretching, standing. I am looking at it as an all day workout that I get paid to do..LOL, Not much..but some. I decided to weigh everyday to get an idea of the up/downs of the week. I am doing well w/ my eating, nothing off program. I normally weigh in on Saturday and found that It was a 'push' (no loss or gain) which is the first week of no loss on SB. I weighed in Mon morning and was down 1/2 pound, This morning when I stepped on the scale, I was UP. 3 1/2 pounds. Now I know, I KNOW that this gain is not 'FAT', its probably water weight as my muscles have been 'abused' by the work. I bet water is being held by the offended tissues; but if I wasn't aware of how my eating was, if I wasn't commited to this WOE for a change in my total health not just looking for quick easy way to lose weight, It might have bummed me out. Off to subway for a salad, my son works there and I get the family discount. I have a chicken breast left over from Sundays Firedept BBQ, will put my own salad dressing on it.. Then I am going to bed..LOL Tuckered Kay
