Guest guest
Keep going. Follow the book. You also have living proof that SBD does work. Maybe you said, but how much weight do you need to loose? Usually the more you need to loose, the easier it comes off. If you've only got 15-20 lbs. to loose, it will go slower. Chuck atart of week three well I didn't lose any weight in week two actually I was down 4 pounds and now I'm up 2 of those pounds. So I lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. It's very frustrating when everyone else seems to do so well (even my husband down 10) and me not to even lose 5. I'll stick to the diet because my husband really likes it, but I don't think it really works for everyone like the book says. I'm living proof that it doesn't work. I think that I could lose 2 ponds in 2 weeks by my self and not on a diet. Anyways, maybe week three will be different but I doubt it. I'm going to stay on P1 for a bit longer because my hubby wants to stay on that phase a little longer, but I'll probably add in a piece of fruit. hope everyone else does better than me on this diet. Guest guest
Are you tracking your food intake on Fitday to see what your calories, fat intake, fiber intake, etc., is? If so, what do your numbers there look like? How many calories per day about have you been having? We don't need to count, but it can be helpful to figure out why we stall in weight loss to look at these things. ann > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Carmen Manning > well I didn't lose any weight in week two actually I was down 4 pounds and now I'm up 2 of those pounds. Guest guest
--- With all of the nutrition/portion potential worries there are on any eating plan, 2 oz of SF/FF yogurt shouldn't be one of them. Eat and enjoy. Kay In South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right , " dpauls " <dpauls@c...> wrote: > How do you eat just 4 oz of FF/SF yoghurt (the flavored kind like Blue Bunny > 85) when the cup is 6 oz? Guest guest
Hi Darlene, I happen to get the very big canisters of plain fat free yogurt.. I measure 8 ounces of it off in my measuring cup.. and divide that into two serving cups, for my sweetie and myself.. If you are alone you can just measure the 4 ounces and make your own fruit flavored yogurt.. with fresh fruit and a tad of splenda... Cheaper that way anyhow.. > > In > South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right , > " dpauls " > <dpauls@c...> wrote: > > How do you eat just 4 oz of FF/SF yoghurt (the > flavored kind like > Blue Bunny > > 85) when the cup is 6 oz?
