Guest guest
Hi Dave, I grew up in Tacoma, Wa and had cracked feet every summer when I was a kid and went barefoot. It got bad. The doctor told me to wash my feet every day and always wear shoes and socks. It helped my feet but I still had very dry skin. That was 35 years ago, but now I have very soft and youthfull skin and don't have that problem. What helped me is to flush my liver 6 times, kill my parasites, cleanse my kidneys and bowel, and increase the lecithin and essential fatty acids in my diet. Good fat and clean organs and intestines helps skin to be soft and supple. Our skin is a reflection of what is going on in all the tissues of our body. If the skin isn't healthy it's a symptom of other things wrong in the rest of the body. Guest guest
>>Thanks Mandi. Wow, I never connected it to the yeast and fungus.<< We, too, have had a good response to the dry cracked feet with yeast busters. We swim a lot and I knew that the between toe garbage was yeast but never connected the deep heel cracks. We used oil of oregano, plain or diluted a bit, for a foot rub. The cracks are gone - took a week or so. Also going is the big build up of 'tough skin' around the whole heel - much more normal looking/feeling. B. Guest guest
Dear Barb, No I've not tried it, but I've seen Heel Balm in the stores. So far I've gotten several good recommendations from several members. It looks like we missed most of the hurricane. We got a lot of wind, rain and so far, our power has stayed on. I know a lot of people lost their power all over the state, but so far we've been lucky. This was one stubborn storm. Thanks so much for asking about me. Love, Fran
