Would you tell me what kind of Calcium we can have ? thanks Virginia>> Virginia - The calcium of choice for us is Calcium Citrate. I use Osteo Enhance from VitaLady.com. I find it to be cheaper and better than others available locally. Citracal is another good choice. Available almost everywhere. Anyone who has reduced stomach acid (all of us, and elderly, people on acid reducers) should use Calcium CItrate. Hawkridge in Washington State.
