Guest guest
Dear , Please don't laugh, at least not too loudly :-) I have battled with weight gain for several years, and last spring I picked up a Sansone " Walk Away the Pounds " tape from my local Target store. I got the 2 and the 3 mile tape. I started using it everyday, and I by this fall I was 25 pounds lighter. The thing I like about her program is I never hurt myself on it. The movements were gentle on my joints, and the rigor increases gradually, so while you get a workout, you don't overdo it. Sansone talks alot during her tapes, but that doesn't bother me so much. Maybe this will be easier for you than the stationary bike. :-)

Try isocort and watch the scale daily. Try complete thyroid hormone, not just T3. .. . . . . . . > > Thanks, > >
