Without seeing the ingredient list, one doesn't know if there's enriched flour in the bread. Same thing for pastas, etc. Chuck Re: Digest Number 1275 I also think restaurants are getting used to having people make diet requests. When we all went out to the Pancake Factory for breakfast I got one of the omelets and asked for whole wheat toast instead of the side of pancakes.
