Hi, I just got somthing in the mail from the disability determination

services stating that I have to go to an appt. with a psychiatrist! I

think its because my primary care doctor diagnosed me with depression

before I applied for SSI, and I had written down that I was depressed

on my application. I haven't been to a psychiatrist since I was a

teenager and going through drug rehab and I forget what exactly they

do, do they do psych tests and all that? do they want to determine if

I'm nuts or what! I go in 2 weeks to this guy,it ought to be

interesting, maybe I'll be PMSing that week and give him a real show

LOL! just wanted to share this with you all, I think it's pretty

silly!

That is actually a good sign.......They want to see if you are

depressed.......It helps them get you social security
