Guest guest
Absolutely have an attorney. I've some experience in this and it is important - I know an unfortunate cost but it will show your MIL and the judge how serious you are. Good luck! > > I had to turn in the restraining order that my husband and I got. The mother In-law has choosen to fight it. We will go to court next week. I am worried for one my safty because my sister in law came to be with concern then turned her back on me. My mother in law is famous for disortation campaigns. Any Advice to keep this held up. I have all the emails and records do you think I should have an attorney? >
Guest guest
An attorney sounds like a good idea to me. It helps to have someone who understands the ins and outs of the appropriate laws and is used to dealing with the courts. Good luck.
