Vitamin A protocol - splitting 400,000 iu???

Anyone,

I am going to do the Vitamin A protocol for visual stims and I was wondering if

it is best to give the 400,000 iu at one time for the two days or should I split

it up into 200,000 iu twice a day for two days.

Dr. McCandless once wrote that her " gut feeling " was to give it all as

one dose each day. I gave it as 3 doses, but then I did have to do

the protocol again at higher dose plus OLE. Perhaps if I had done it

differently, it would have worked differently.

I gave my son, 50lb 400,000 iu (100,000 4 xs) for 2 days. The days

I gave the high dose of A Jack was great, very calm. I used thorne

vitamin A palmitate. Jack coninues on 25,000 Iu each day. Should I

have continued at 100,000 IU. This was about Dec 16. Should I

start again. Jack's eyes wander when he tries to focus on my face

and he sometimes closes them to get them back on track. Your iseas

are greatly appreciated. How much CLO w/ the dose and should I go

higher than 400,000 like you. Jack did have MMR titers. I am also

giving OLIvirex from bio-botanical research.

Did you see the toxicity rash? If not, it may not have been enough.

After the first time I did this protocol, I had to continue at 100,000

IU. But I soon noticed the problems coming back. So I did the

protocol again, at higher dose and with added OLE. This time, giving

more than about 25,000 IU per day maintenance was too much, and now in

fact, I can't give any vitamin A or he will regress.

My #4 does this whenever *something* is amiss. Currently, it is

viral. I am using vitamin A and OLE for her, this helps quite a bit.

She did not have MMR vax so I am not doing " high dose " vitamin A, but

she seems to handle 20,000 IU per day without problems. I am

considering increasing it.

I gave 10,000 IU as CLO, the rest as TwinLabs.
