Guest guest
Dana, The dosage of Vit A for 1/2 tsp of the CLO is 438-975 IU (not sure what the variance is?) so that would be 1 1/2 tsps up to 2 1/2 tsps - is it okay to at least triple all these other products in it?: Vit D 0-20 IU Vit E 4IU DHA 350mg EFA225mg Other Omega 3 125mg Also you give it as a starting place, how high would you go? I haven't noticed anybody recommending times of dosing it, such as with or without food, late at night, etc. Any guidelines for that? Thank you for your help Re: CLO dosing > I just bought some Nordic Naturals Peachy Keen CLO - what would the dosage be for a 36lb 3.5 year old? Start at 2500 IU vitamin A. Per my sources, 400 IU is USRDA for vitamin D. > Also you give it as a starting place, how high would you go? Depends. I did the high dose vitamin A protocol http://www.danasview.net/vitamina.htm > I haven't noticed anybody recommending times of dosing it, such as with or without food, late at night, etc. Any guidelines for that? Vitamin A can cause hyper. I would give it in the morning in case it causes hyper for your child. Dana
