Guest guest Posted December 29, 2001 Report Share Posted December 29, 2001 Hi, My son is already on Vit, A, E and C. I just went today and purchased the Selenium & L-Methionine. I am confused about how to figure the dosage on the L-Methionine. All I could find was 500 mg. I understand the dosage should be 2gm? I guess I have been out of school to long, but how many tablets would equal the 2gm? Also, all I could find in the Selenium was 200 MCG. I hate for him to have to take three of these each time.
