Guest guest
diagnosed July 1st 1st a1c- 11.0 3 months later- 7.2 goal-less than 6.5 I'm striving to control my numbers with diet and exercise instead of increasing my medication (pills). I'm confident that my number will be less than 6.5 when I test again. Recent changes- change my exercise time from 30 min. after a meal to 1 hour after a meal........that's when I feel the bs rise Gradually discovered what foods cause my BS to rise to high levels-- eliminate milk and potatoes from my diet change of meds- I taking metaglip.........which caused too many daily lows.......resulting in my cutting back on exercise and eating again hour after the low in order to get back to a safe level.....unstable bs swings My family doctor's office refered me to an Endo which has resulted in reducing my stress level I'm testing again in early Dec.
