Four years ago our daughter was injured - scraped face, broken jaw,

two teeth missing and a mouth filled with rock and dirt. The first

thing the er doc wanted to do was a tetanus 'booster.' At that time

I had no knowledge of the mercury issue(stupid mom!) but I did know

the negative impact of past vac on her. She was a kid who just went

to another place for a time after each one. It had been 8 years

since her last tetanus and I really agonized over the decision. She

did not get that booster and had no 'tetanus' troubles to add to her

already stressed physical being. Could it be that the threat is

overrated? We also have a grandchild who falls on the spectrum. His

18 mos old brother has had NO vac. and is a healthy kid. B.

When our now 20 year old was 13 she had an accident that pushed her

hard into a filthy rock area. She lost 2 front teeth and had a mouth

full of dirt and gravel - probably some deep down in the roots

spaces of those missing teeth. Her bad decline began after 6 yr

boosters and I just could not authorize another tetanus. I had not

found the vaccine connection then but just 'knew 'the booster was

not the choice. It was a difficult decision as I've seen tetanus in

my work life and the ER folks were pretty graphic about the negative

consequences. Two years later I found the 'mercury connection'. That

hard decision would be a no brainer now!! I'll NEVER authorize

another vaccine for anyone I love. We also have a 5 year old

grandson who was a poster kid for autism at age 2. His mom stopped

vaccines, chelated etc. He's now indistinguishable from his peers.

His younger brother has had no vaccines and a healthy 3 years. I,

too, would now favor a homeopathic approach serious injury and would

not sweat the small stuff.

Thanks for this info. I am so glad I have held off on this vaccine, so

is my daughter since she hates shots. Both my kids were thrilled when

I told them they did not need to get their hep b vaccine like all their

friends did. How are your daughters teeth? I lost my front tooth when a

horse kicked me in the mouth. At least I don't have a horseshoe shaped

on my face!

I thought the hepB vaccine was required now for school. It is at my

daughters school.

I just signed a release and turned that in. I do have my kids in

private school, maybe the law is different for public, I don't know. I

think you can state personal beliefs as the reason you don't want it.

So did you have to give it to your daughter? Didn't that scare you.

Thanks Dana,

Too late. All the kids’ shots are up to date. We did everything on

schedule just like “good parents do”. That was before we knew about the

mercury thing. I need to post the kids’ shots so (I think it’s Andy,

right?) can tell us how much we gave the kids. I know my son (PDD) got like

4 at once. The county nurses said that we could get it all done at once, so

it didn’t sound so bad. *!@% He was still a baby. We never had the

regression, it was only that his language didn’t get better.

We are dealing with some social issues with my daughter and now I’m

questioning what she has.

Thanks again for the info.

Go here, learn how to waive it in your state

If you have mfgr info, you can use this page

My son did not regress either, he never had any development at all.

At age 3-1/2, he was assessed as developmentally 0-3 months. Language

has been his most difficult issue, which I *think* I have finally

figured out!

That site gives info on how much mercury your child may have received

in his vaccinations. You can consider chelation.
